CAPS has Support Workers across Melbourne who are experienced in supporting children and young people with disabilities.

Our NDIS support coordinator team can work with you to create a tailored support plan designed to enhance your quality of life and help you reach your goals.


Our Support Workers are here to meet the needs of our participants and assist them in meeting their goals. Support Workers can assist participants with:

  • Daily Life Skills

  • Daily Personal Activities

  • Increased Social and Community Participation

  • Assistance with Social and Community Participation


All our support workers:

  • Are experienced working with people with physical or mental disabilities

  • Have completed all relevant NDIS training and adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct

  • Have passed Police Checks, Working with Children Checks and NDIS Worker Screening Checks

  • Have good communication skills

  • Are caring and understanding

  • Will work with your other supports and contacts to maximise your health and wellbeing
