Andrew Muir

BA Psych 

Andrew has extensive experience in welfare and case management, with a strong background in family violence and Out of Home Care. He has held senior and practitioner roles, including Respondent Team Leader at the Orange Door, Family Violence Triage Practitioner, and Foster Care Case Manager. His expertise and skills led him to found this organization, aiming to support children and young people with disabilities and those in Out of Home Care.

Sharon Muir

Partner (BA Ed (Primary), G Dip Psych, PG Dip Psych, MA Psych)

Sharon is a registered psychologist with AHPRA, with experience in private practice, schools, and teaching. She is dedicated to supporting young people and their families in achieving their goals through counseling and positive outcomes. Sharon takes a collaborative approach, using various therapy methods tailored to individual needs. As one of our founders, she now serves as our resident psychologist.

Grace Rhodes

Managing Partner

Grace has held multiple roles within our organization, giving her a diverse skill set to work with young people. As Managing Partner, she oversees the Out of Home Care sector and CAPS operations, ensuring participants receive the best care. She also manages support staff, helping to match the right worker to each participant’s needs while maintaining service continuity.

Sienna Muir

Administration

As our Administration Officer, Sienna provides essential support to ensure smooth daily operations. She assists with administrative tasks, coordinates communication, and helps maintain efficient systems to support both staff and participants.

Mikayla Waby

NDIS Specialist

Mikayla previously worked with CAPS as a Support Worker, gaining firsthand experience supporting children and young people in their daily lives. She has now transitioned to a role in our NDIS sector, where she promotes a collaborative approach by engaging with participants, their families, and their support networks to help them achieve their goals.
