CAPS provide experienced and trained staff to facilitate OOHC children’s transports including school transports, supervised contact and any other activity for which transport is required. CAPS also offers childminding in placement or out in the community.

Our staff provide reliable and safe children’s transport and community support across Melbourne and the surrounding rural areas 24/7. We work within guidelines that uphold child-centred and trauma-informed practice and which recognise the complexity and variability of a child’s individual experience and how that may influence their everyday interactions.

CAPS stringently adheres to the DFFH guidelines when employing staff and our people are employed under the SHADS agreement.

CAPS is also a ‘Licensed Labour Hire Provider.’ Our application was submitted on November 19th, 2019. You can check our position on the list via LHLO.

All CAPS workers are employees of CAPS and carry all the necessary insurance coverages, such as Work Cover, Public Liability Insurance Professional Indemnity Insurance.
